Abstract
Otitis externa is a prevalent and often challenging condition in the veterinary practice, which, if not treated properly it can develop to a chronic, proliferative disease characterized by significant histopathological changes. This study assessed the effectiveness of glucocorticoid therapy in six dogs with this condition, using a standardized scoring system (0-3) to evaluate three key clinical parameters: pinna hyperplasia, ear canal skin proliferation, and ear canal narrowing.
