Abstract:
Plant originated fermented wheat germ extract (FWGE) and proanthocyanidins, which can be found in high doses in grape seed extract (GSE), displays many beneficial properties, including a reduction of inflammation, strengthening of cell integrity or reducing oxidative stress.
